Lemon, Wine, and Potato Sauce
Salsa sevillana can be used to cook meats and to dress the typical grilled meat eaten in barbecues.
You can also spread it on your sandwiches. The main ingredients are vegetables, sunflower oil, wine, lemon, garlic and spices. This sauce is one of the main components of the most renowned tapa of Seville:
Solomillo al whisky (whisky-spiked pork sirloin). You can also use it to prepare a Serranito, a sandwich made of pork steak, green pepper and a slice of ham.
